Industrial Maintenance Engineer (Machine Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Industrial Maintenance Engineer (Assistant Manager) to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of plant machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving faults, ensuring optimal machine performance, and contributing to new plant setup and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault resolution of machines in manufacturing, installation & upkeep
• Diagnose and resolve machine faults in manufacturing and production environments.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns and recommend long-term corrective actions.
• Assist in planning and executing installation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment history, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment efficiency and uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards during all maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial safety standards preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, and team coordination skills.

Skills & knowledge

Hand on experience in Root cause analysis to design new plant set up break down & maintenance of existing machinery.
