Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer collaborations, building strong creator relationships, and ensuring campaigns align with brand and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity) to build impactful collaborations.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns – from creator identification and outreach to briefing, execution, and performance analysis.
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (brand, social media, content, and performance marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, ROI, and conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and agencies to create a strong creator network.
• Maintain and expand the influencer database, tracking creator performance, audience insights, and collaboration history.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, new creator formats, and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with D2C, beauty, personal care, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, creator discovery tools, and campaign tracking platforms.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and negotiating partnerships.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for social media, content, and digital trends.
