Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily production of injection molding machines
2. Set, start, and monitor injection molding machines
3. Ensure production and quality standards .
4. Machine settings, and troubleshooting
5.Ensure safety rules are followed on the shop floor
Requirements:
1. Experience in Injection Molding Machine operations
2. Knowledge of mold setting, process parameters, and raw materials
3. Ability to handle workforce and shop-floor activities
4. Basic knowledge of maintenance and quality control
5. Diploma / ITI preferred (but experience matters most)
