Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT hardware and peripherals segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate sales networks and be well-connected within the IT sales and rental ecosystem. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a keen interest in supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Make outbound calls to assigned B2B leads to understand client requirements, generate interest, and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to move leads forward.
  • Share basic product details, pricing information, and quotations with clients.
  • Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, approvals, and order processing.
  • Schedule calls or meetings for senior sales team members when required.
  • Track sales progress and maintain basic sales reports.
  • Collect client feedback and share inputs with the team.

Required:

  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in B2B sales or similar sales role
  • Ability to make data driven strategic decision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
