INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE-

We're seeking a Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience, preferably from the educational industry. The salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹35,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls for educational services/products.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up with prospective students/parents.

- Customer Service: Provide information and support to students/parents.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and update data in the system.

Requirements and Skills:

- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the educational industry.

- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or local languages.

- Skills:

  - Basic computer skills and typing speed.

  - Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
