Inside Sales Executive

A Loan Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over phone or digital channels, and converting inquiries into loan applications. The role focuses on promoting loan products, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to disbursal.

• Key Responsibilities:Reach out to potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Explain various loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.)
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan options
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Assist customers with documentation and application processes
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
