Inside Sales Executive

CANDIDATES HAVING PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE ON INDIAMART AND GEM PLATFORM AND ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY WOULD BE PREFERED.

BREIF JOB RESPONSBILITES

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries on INDIAMART and GEM PORTAL
• Sales Conversion: explaining product features, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Relationship Management: Building long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
• CRM Management: Recording all sales activities, interactions, and lead data accurately in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products/services to answer queries and handle objections.
• Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies. 

• Experience: Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role, often with experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasion.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with softwares like TALLY BUSY and tools like advanced excel google sheet
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though not always required.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
