Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & Institutional Sales:
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (schools, academies, gyms, corporates, clubs)
- Present bulk purchase proposals and pricing
- Handle inquiries for tournaments, annual sports supplies, and corporate events
- Coordinate quotations, negotiations, and order closures
2. Dealer & Distributor Management:
- Develop and manage dealer network for bulk sales
- Support dealers with pricing, product information, and stock availability
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat orders
- Achieve dealer sales targets
3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
- Generate leads via calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and references
- Maintain a database of prospects and clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders
- Track pipeline and sales progress
4. Order Processing & Coordination:
- Coordinate with store/warehouse for stock availability
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and GST requirements
- Resolve client issues promptly
5. Relationship Building:
- Maintain long-term partnerships with clients
- Inform customers about new products, offers, and schemes
- Encourage annual contracts and repeat purchases
