Summary The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and converting prospects into sales through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets without field travel.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams when required
• Handle customer queries and provide basic after-sales support

• 10+2 Pass out.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in phone and virtual conversations
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
• Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
