Inside Sales Executive
We're seeking candidates with excellent communication skills to join our team."
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting data mining activities to identify and target potential customers within the education sector, particularly schools, for our products and services.
Role & responsibilities:
- Utilize data mining techniques to identify and compile a comprehensive database of schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research to gather information on schools' demographics.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Reach out to school administrators, decision-makers, and educators via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our company.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
- Communicating with customers, making COLD calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (ZOHO).

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
- Strong proficiency in data mining and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and email.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
