Inside Sales Executive

We're seeking candidates with excellent communication skills to join our team."

 

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting data mining activities to identify and target potential customers within the education sector, particularly schools, for our products and services.

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Utilize data mining techniques to identify and compile a comprehensive database of schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct market research to gather information on schools' demographics.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to school administrators, decision-makers, and educators via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our company.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
  • Communicating with customers, making COLD calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (ZOHO).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data mining and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and email.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
