Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary - We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, converting leads into opportunities, coordinating with the field sales team, and driving revenue growth for LED display products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries from Indiamart, TradeIndia, JustDial, Google Ads, website forms & social media
• Make outbound calls to potential customers including dealers, event companies, architects, signage companies & corporates
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements to recommend the right LED display solutions
• Prepare and share quotations, technical brochures, and proposals with clients
• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into sales orders
• Maintain lead database, call logs and follow-up details in CRM / Excel tracker
• Coordinate with production, logistics & installation team for delivery & execution
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions & promotions
• Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure long-term retention
• RequirementsAny Graduate (Preferred: Sales, Marketing, Electronics, Business Management)
• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / B2B sales (LED display / AV / signage / electronics preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & objection-handling skills
• Ability to understand technical products & explain benefits to customers
• Proficient in CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email & lead management tools
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized

Work Location : Delhi (On-site)

Compensation : Industry-standard Salary + Performance Incentives + Quarterly Bonuses
