We supply our products across India through a strong B2B network. Our clients include wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and resellers in the apparel and sportswear industry. As we grow rapidly, we are expanding our sales team.


Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive (B2B) to handle outbound calls, generate business leads, and convert prospects into clients. You will be responsible for pitching Denmonk’s men’s sportswear products to wholesalers and retailers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to B2B clients including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.


Present and explain Denmonk’s men’s sportswear product range clearly and effectively.


Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into successful orders.


Follow up with existing and potential clients to close deals.


Maintain strong business relationships with B2B customers for repeat orders.


Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.


Record call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.


Stay updated on new collections, prices, stock availability, and promotions.


Handle queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.


Required Skills & Competencies


Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.


Proven ability to persuade and convince business clients.


Understanding of B2B sales, especially dealing with wholesalers/retailers (preferred).


Confidence in making outbound cold calls.


Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly.


Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.


Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
