Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Development:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and upselling services/products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Marketing Initiatives:


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to generate leads.
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to boost brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials, such as brochures and advertisements.

Data and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales pipelines, marketing ROI, and market insights.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activities efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development and customer service teams to align offerings with market demands.

Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to overall business strategy.
