Position: Inside Sales Executive / Call Centre Agent

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

• 💼 ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and promote company products (refurbished laptops & desktops).
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality communication.
• Share daily/weekly sales updates with the manager.
• ✅ RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in telesales / call centre / inside sales is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
• Confidence in selling and handling customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Ability to maintain a professional tone during customer interactions.
• Must be punctual and responsible.
