Inside Sales Representative

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.

Understand customer needs, present product/service offerings, and propose appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.

Maintain the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Research and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Participate in online demos, product presentations, and client interactions when required.
