Job OverviewWe are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Managers / Insurance Advisors to join our outbound calling team. The role involves understanding customer insurance needs, suggesting suitable plans, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote life, health, and motor insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
• Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.
• Explain policy features, benefits, premium details, and terms clearly.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Required Skills & Qualifications12th pass or above
• Freshers can apply; candidates with sales/insurance/BPO calling experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi
• Basic understanding of insurance products (Life, Health, Motor) is an advantage
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to handle customer queries over the phone professionally
