Job Title: Insurance Agent / Advisor

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Performance-based)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 35 to 60 years
• Education: Graduate (in any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell insurance policies to clients based on their needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
