Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Handle Non-Motor quotations, policy issuance (online/offline), Fresh, renewals & endorsements.
* Process renewal calling/intimation and ensure policy continuity.
* Coordinate with insurers for smooth processing and timely issuance.
* Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in policy servicing.
* Support Health/Travel/Marine/Fire/PA policies (optional).
Requirements (Must Have)
* Minimum 1–3 years experience in Non-Motor General Insurance.
* Strong knowledge of Non-Motor policy issuance & endorsements.
* Good communication and follow-up skills.
* Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Good to Have (Optional)
* Experience in Health/Travel/Marine/PA policies.
