Designation: Manager Sales-Agency abd Direct Sales

Location: Delhi NCR/ Punjab/ Haryana/ UP/Rajasthan/Uttarakhand

Companies: All well known, reputed multinational Life Insurance & Health insurance companies.

Remuneration: 2 L - 6 Lacs PA + lucrative incentives 

Job Profile: 1. Recruiting advisors, training and motivating them to sell the company products and earn handsome payouts. Goal Sheet and career progression plan is very transparent and lucrative. 

2. Relationship management with existing customers and cross sell insurance products, direct sales through references.

Requirements- 

1. Graduate or MBA, 

2. 2-15 Yrs sales and marketing exp in any industry, 

3. Age : 23 to 40 yrs 

4. Residing in the city from last 5 years. 

5. Good communication skills.
