Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Executive to manage the end-to-end process and handle incoming leads. The ideal candidate will ensure to maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth through effective lead follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads and convert them into insurance sales through calls, referrals, and walk-ins.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans accordingly.

* Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and premium details clearly to customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and renewals.

* Assist customers with documentation, proposal forms, and policy issuance process.

* Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, and support) for smooth policy processing.

* Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

6 month –1 year of experience in insurance, customer service, or lead management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of insurance products (preferred).

Basic computer skills and experience.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
