1. Mediclaim Claim work - cashless and reimbursement - requires coordination b/w Insurance companies/TPA and Client/Hospital

2. In Mediclaim Policy, health check up of our insured. it involves calling them n arranging for cashless or reimbursement facility

3. In mediclaim, TPA Cards coordination b/w client and TPA

4. National Insurance Policy copy courier coordination

5. Office centralized mobile tracking and then assigning work to specific department6.  official mail ID to be tracked and assign each mail to concerned department
