Job Description: 

We are hiring Sales Executives for our Insurance business covering Health, Life, and Motor (Auto) Insurance. The role involves a mix of tele calling and field sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle outbound/inbound tele calling to generate leads and explain insurance products. 
• Sell Health, Life, and Motor Insurance policies to customers. 
• 75% of the work will be tele calling from the office. 
• 25% field work – visiting customers if a face-to-face meeting is required. 
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products. 
• Maintain follow-ups and close sales within given timelines. 
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination with internal teams. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Experience in insurance sales / tele calling preferred. 
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. 
• Must be comfortable with both calling and field visits. 
• Good communication and convincing skills in local language.
