Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Surajpur, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the field of interior design, with a strong preference for commercial interior design

experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative interior design concepts and plans for commercial spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence budget constraints.

* Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and objectives, translating their vision into tangible design proposals.

* Space Planning: Efficiently utilize available space while considering traffic flow, accessibility, and building codes to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

* Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to enhance the overall design concept while adhering to project budgets.

* Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and timelines.

* Client Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and proposals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.

* Proven experience in commercial interior design projects is a must.

* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.*

* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
