Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor - Over See Construction & MEP Works

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager / Site supervisor to lead and oversee restaurant and Cafe construction and related MEP, Civil and Carpentry Works. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Civil and finishing works, with proven experience in the MEP field. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical skills, team leadership, and site management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & supervise the construction execution by Contractors of the projects and other related works.

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring timelines, quality, and specifications are achieved as approved. 

Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.

Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and handle project documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and municipal norms.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

1 years of project management experience in the construction and interiors industry.

Hands-on experience in restaurant construction, civil works, carpentry/joinery execution, and MEP systems.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and site coordination.

Ability to lead teams, multitask across projects, and handle on-site problem-solving.

Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and basic ERP tools.

Exposure to high-end hospitality or commercial interior projects is a plus.
