Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution and coordination for civil and interior projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQs, running bills, and assist in cost tracking
• Supervise civil & structural works at site
• Plan project activities and ensure timely execution
• Manage site budgets, materials, and manpower allocation
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules
• Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to drawings
• Verify measurements and check finishing standards before approvals
• Technical & Skill RequirementsExperience in BOQ preparation and running bills
• Hands-on knowledge of civil & structural execution
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to read drawings using ZWCAD (or similar CAD software)
• Additional Skills (Preferred)Experience with stone work, POP, woodwork, false ceilings, and other finishing works
