Need Proiect Co-Ordinator & Proiect in Charge with sound knowledge in Interior turnkey projects. Note:- Value for Knowledge not qualification. Schedule: Flexible shift Ability to commute/relocate as per business needs. Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) Preferred Experience: Knowledge in the field of Civil, Plumbing, Flooring, Interior &Electrical works should be minimum 3yrs. Job Description: Check the quality of all material received on site. Coordination with subcontractors, vendors & labourers. Coordination between different agencies for smooth working. Arrange the next day's work In advance. Get the maximum output from labor. Maintain the cleanliness of the site and prepare daily reports and department labor bills. Maintain the site record and complete the work under the timeline. Understand material requirements and place the orders of the same with the office. Interacting with the customer, understanding their needs. Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team. Salary: 1.8 L/Annum to 3.6L/ Annum Based on Personal Interview.
