International (USA) Voice Sales (Outbound) Process Agent

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to drive our expansion in the US market. This is an inside sales role (no travel) involving high-impact communication with American prospects. You will spend 60% of your time hunting for new business through cold outreach and 40% of your time nurturing and closing existing leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & Hunt: Proactively prospect and cold-call potential clients in the USA to generate a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Manage & Nurture: Manage and nurture existing leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Consultative Selling: Understand prospect pain points and present our solutions effectively over phone and video calls.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and deal statuses in our CRM.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an International Sales or Business Development role (US/UK/AU processes preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent and the ability to build rapport with US-based stakeholders.
• Work Ethic: Comfortable working Fixed Night Shifts to align with US time zones.
• Sales Acumen: Proven "Hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle rejections and the patience to "Manage & Nurture" long-term relationships.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and VoIP dialing software.
