 - Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Mon-Fri), Saturday half-day

 - Facilities: Cab pickup, meals

 - Salary: Depends on interview + attractive incentives

*Job Role*

Cold calling Australian customers

Pitching and explaining Solar System solutions

Handling end-to-end sales process

Closing deals and achieving targets

2. *Other Opening (Pitampura, Delhi)*

 - Location: Netaji Subhash Place,Delhi

 - Shift: 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Australian hours)

 - Facilities: One-way cab (North/West/Northwest Delhi)

 - Salary: ₹25k-₹30k + incentives

*Job Role*

Conduct outbound B2C cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointments

Engage with Australian residential & business clients and make them aware about Solar Rebates given by Australian government

Maintain accurate call records and lead tracking

Cold calling to Australian customers for Solar Systems sales

*Requirements:*

* 6 months experience in Australian B2B/B2C voice process

* Strong English communication and persuasion skills

* Target-driven, performance-oriented
