Inventory & Billing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Billing Executive who will handle data entry, billing, and stock management using Marg software. The candidate will ensure accurate records, smooth billing, and proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry in Marg software
• Generate and manage sales/purchase bills
• Maintain and update stock levels in the system
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Verify bills and entries for accuracy
• Coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team
• Track incoming and outgoing stock
• Prepare basic inventory and billing reports
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Support accounts or sales team when required

Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Marg software

• Good data entry speed and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to handle routine work responsibly

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate or 12th pass (Commerce preferred)
• Experience in billing/inventory (preferred but not mandatory)
