Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, purchases, and sales.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for stock planning and replenishment.
• Prepare inventory reports such as stock status, slow-moving items, and stock variance reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse/store.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor expiry dates and damaged goods where applicable.
• Support audits by providing inventory documentation and reports.
