Inventory Executive

• 1. Stock Handling (Most Important)
• Maintain proper record of incoming & outgoing stock
• Physically count raw materials & finished goods
• Ensure stock accuracy (no mismatch)
• 2. Inward (Purchase Entry)
• Check material received with purchase bill
• Count and verify quantity
• Maintain proper entry in Excel / register
• File purchase bills properly 
• 3. Outward (Dispatch Control)
• Issue material to production team / supervisor
• Maintain record of all items given (including small items like tapes, etc.)
• Prepare challan for goods issued
• 4. Documentation & FilingMaintain proper challans, bills, and records

Keep files organized (physical + basic digital)

• 5. Dispatch Support
• Assist in packing & dispatching goods
• Ensure correct material is dispatched
• Match dispatch with invoice/challan 
• 6. Data Entry & Tracking
• Maintain stock data in Excel / Google Sheets
• Update daily stock report
• Inform management about low stock
