Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Manager to manage stock levels of large no of SKUs in Electronics parts. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with purchase and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely reporting of stock levels and discrepancies, if any.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records for all items.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.

• Issue materials as per requirement from dispatch/sales. 

• Coordinate with purchase and sales teams.

• Maintain inward and outward stock registers and documents.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and stacking of inventory.

• Handle inventory audits and assist in compliance with internal controls.

• Use Busy software/Google Sheets/Excel to record and manage stock data.

• Prepare reports such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips and stock summaries.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics or relevant field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in inventory or store management, preferably in a manufacturing setup or at large scale traders/importers.

• Skills:

o Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

o Familiarity with inventory software (Busy is a plus).

o Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

o Good organizational and communication skills.
