Inventory Manager

 We are looking for a responsible Inventory Manager to manage our warehouse stock. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of Raw Materials and Finished Goods in Tally software, conducting physical stock audits, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Maintain daily records of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Tally Entry: Ensure all stock entries are updated in Tally on a daily basis without errors.
• Stock Audit: Conduct physical verification of stock regularly to match it with system records (Stock Reconciliation).
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and alert management before items go out of stock (Re-order level planning).
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Production and Sales team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Wastage Control: Keep a check on wastage and pilferage (chori/damage) of materials.
