Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end inventory of fabrics, trims, and production materials
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Issue fabrics for dyeing and track inward/outward movement
• Coordinate with dyeing units and vendors for timelines and quality checks
• Maintain accurate inventory records (physical and digital)
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Work closely with production and design teams to ensure material availability

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in inventory management (preferably in apparel/manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of fabrics and textile materials
• Proficiency in Excel / inventory management systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams
