IOS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced iOS applications in Swift (UIKit or SwiftUI).
• Integrate REST APIs and handle real-time data for GPS tracking and telematics systems.
• Implement and optimize Google Maps SDK / MapKit for live location and route visualization.
• Work with CoreLocation and background services for continuous tracking and geofencing.
• Ensure app stability, performance, and responsiveness across multiple iOS versions and devices.
• Collaborate with backend developers for data exchange and troubleshooting.
• Implement push notifications, offline caching, and in-app updates.
• Use version control (Git) and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to debug, validate, and improve app reliability.
• Stay updated with Apple’s design standards, SDKs, and App Store compliance policies.

• API Testing: Postman / Swagger
• Bonus: Experience with BLE, IoT / telematics devices, or AWS integration

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in iOS app development.
• Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store.
• Strong understanding of iOS lifecycle, threading, and memory management.
• Experience working on real-time data, maps, or GPS-based applications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of cloud systems (AWS) or real-time data sync is a plus.
