Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (systems, networks, devices)

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software

Monitor system performance and ensure network security

Handle user access, email configuration, and system permissions

Maintain data backups and ensure data security compliance

Coordinate with vendors for IT-related procurement and support

Support CRM, internal software, and third-party integrations

Assist in cybersecurity measures and regular system updates

Maintain IT documentation and asset management records
