Position : IT Executive

Experience : 2-5 years

Number of openings - 2

Locations - Delhi & Bhopal

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including assembly, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and general network troubleshooting.
• Experience in server installation, configuration, and basic server management.
• Proficient in Operating System installation (Windows/Linux) and OS-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and promptly.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, including system configuration, updates, patches, and issue resolution.
• Good experience in printer troubleshooting, including laser, inkjet, and network printers.
• Hands-on experience with ADF scanners, overhead projectors, and related IT equipment.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including IP configuration, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related setups.
