IT Executive

Job Title: IT Executive – Server Integration & Dealer Support

Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase-2

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced IT Executive with strong expertise in Server Integration and Dealer Knowledge. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and networking, with the ability to manage and maintain IT infrastructure efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and manage server integration solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, desktops, and IT systems.
• Provide technical support related to dealer management systems.
• Handle installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Manage networking components including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform system upgrades, data backups, and ensure system security.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and support activities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support and server integration.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows/Linux Server environments
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Hardware installation & troubleshooting
• Software installation & maintenance
• Experience in dealer coordination and dealer system support preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
