IT Head

We are hiring an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the core technology of our digital lending platform SalaryChampion.com. The role is 100% focused on LOS & LMS operations, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure management in a live NBFC/fintech setup.

This position requires proven, hands-on experience in managing production LOS and LMS systems, coordinating with vendors, and supporting lending workflows end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage LOS & LMS platforms used for SalaryChampion.com lending operations
• Coordinate with LOS, LMS, and API vendors for integrations, enhancements, and critical issue resolution
• Handle API integrations and data flow between LOS, LMS, banks, KYC, and payment partners
• Manage and monitor cloud servers (AWS preferred) ensuring uptime, security, and scalability
• Support Node.js–based services used in system integrations and middleware
• Ensure role-based access control, data security, backups, and audit readiness
• Troubleshoot production issues related to LOS/LMS, APIs, servers, and networks
• Maintain detailed IT and integration documentation

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on LOS & LMS platforms
• (Loan Origination & Loan Management Systems)
• Prior experience in NBFC / FinTech / Digital Lending companies only
• Strong working knowledge of lending workflows: onboarding, KYC, disbursement, repayment, collections
• Proven experience in API integrations and vendor coordination
• Working knowledge of Node.js (integration support, debugging, middleware)
• Strong server & cloud knowledge (AWS required)
• EC2, S3, IAM, backups, security, uptime monitoring
• Understanding of CRM systems used in lending environments
• Ability to handle live production systems with accountability
