IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to manage our core IT operations, coordinate with API and tech vendors, and support digital platform integrations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an NBFC or fintech setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with LOS, LMS and API vendors for smooth integration and daily issue resolution

Manage system configurations, data flow, and uptime across digital platforms

Handle basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and office networks

Ensure secure access, user management, and data backups

Maintain documentation of IT processes and vendor communications

Requirements:

3+ years of IT experience in NBFC/fintech

Knowledge/ Practice of APIs, LOS, LMS ,Data Analysis, fintech integrations, and vendor coordination

Familiarity with -

• Python: pandas, numpy, regex, pytest, scikit-learn, xgboost, lightgbm, shap, lime 
• SQL
• MongoDB

Understanding of loan management systems, CRMs and basic networking

Strong problem-solving, documentation and communication skills
