Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Delivering technical presentations and software demonstrations to highlight product value to prospective clients.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Understanding client business needs and recommending suitable, customized IT solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close sales and meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.
  • Account Management: Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers for retention and upselling.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to adjust sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Recording all client interactions, managing pipelines, and updating data in systems like Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing and technical teams to create sales collateral and resolve client issues.
