Job Description
We are looking for a good Italian/continental chef - Only CDP, COMMIS 1, COMMIS 2 can apply, you must have a good experience in making pasta sauces, hand made Neapolitan/thin crust pizza's, salads, sandwiches etc....Menu will be shared later on. Here would be the key responsibilities we are looking for - Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner. Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients. Overseeing all kitchen operations. Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
