Job Description:

Hum ek caring aur experienced Japa Care / Baby Care / Mother Care Assistant ki talash mein hain jo newborn baby aur new mother ki proper care kar sake. Candidate ko hygiene ka dhyan rakhna chahiye aur mother-baby dono ko comfort aur safety ke saath handle karna aana chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:

• Baby Care
• Newborn baby ki daily care (cleaning, diaper changing, oil massage)
• Baby ko proper feeding support (mother ko assist karna ya bottle feeding)
• Baby ko safely handle aur sulaana (sleep routine manage karna)
• Baby ke kapde aur bedding ki cleanliness maintain karna
• Baby ki health observe karna aur issue ho to parents ko batana
• Mother Care:New mother ki post-delivery care (hygiene, rest support)
• Mother ko breastfeeding mein assist karna
• Light support dena (walking, basic help in recovery)
• Mother ke liye basic care & comfort ensure karna
• General Responsibilities:Room aur baby area ki cleanliness & hygiene maintain karna
• Infection control practices follow karna
• Mother aur baby dono ki privacy, safety aur comfort maintain karna
• Family ke saath polite aur respectful communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
• Japa Care / Baby Care Training preferred
• Experienced candidates preferred (freshers with training can apply)

Shift Details:

• 12 Hours / 24 Hours (Live-in option available)
• 6 Days Working

Salary:

• ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (experience ke basis par)
