Jewellery Sales Associate

A Jewellery Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products. The role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs
• Explain product details such as purity (22K/18K), diamond quality (4Cs), pricing, and offers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments
• Maintain display standards and cleanliness of counters
• Conduct stock checking and inventory management
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
• Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat sales
• 🔹 Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Presentable personality and professional appearance
• 🔹 Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years experience in jewellery retail (preferred)

🔹 Salary Range (India):₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Depending on experience & location)
