Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our upcoming jewellery showroom in Pitampura, Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience, assisting customers with product selection, and achieving sales targets.

The role includes welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, handling billing, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the showroom is well-organized and presentable at all times. The candidate will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly and professional approach
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products
• Explain product details, pricing, and care instructions clearly
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
• Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and stock organization
• Manage customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support in stock handling and inventory coordination
• Follow company policies and store procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (any industry)
• Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality
• Ability to work in a retail showroom environment
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
• 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
