Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, bookkeeping, and office support tasks. This position is ideal for someone seeking stability, consistency, and long-term growth, rather than a fast-paced corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings
• Manage invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable
• Assist with payroll entries and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Support during audits and compliance reviews
• Booking of hotels, travel arrangements, and related logistics
• Handle UPI payments and digital transactions accurately
• Conduct independent desktop and web research and deliver actionable results
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records

Required Skills & Tools (Mandatory)

1. Advanced Excel proficiency — formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis. Basic Excel users need not apply.
2. Proficiency in Tally
3. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, direct and indirect taxes
4. Confident and independent — must be able to research, problem-solve, and deliver results without constant guidance
5. Comfortable with UPI and digital payment platforms
6. Ability to conduct web and desktop research independently and produce results
7. Quick learner with sharp attention to detail

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

1. Male candidates only
2. Must work on-site from Saket, New Delhi
3. Should reside within 20–30 minutes of the Saket office
4. Must have own vehicle for daily commuting
5. Candidates not meeting the above criteria should not apply
