Job OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, and bookkeeping. This role offers a calm work environment with time to self-learn and develop new skills, alongside core accounting responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone seeking stability, consistency, and long-term growth, rather than a fast-paced corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings
• Manage invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable
• Assist with payroll entries and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Support during audits and compliance reviews
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records

Required Skills & Tools (mandatory)

1. Proficiency in Tally
2. Ability to conduct web research, data research, and data entry
3. Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws
4. Ability to find solutions independently
5. Quick learner with strong attention to detail

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

Commitment Requirement

The selected candidate must be willing to sign a 1-year lock-in commitment with the organization
