Job Overview: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting, inventory coordination, and operational documentation. The role involves close coordination with warehouse, sales, buyers, and transportation teams, along with hands-on usage of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory to ensure accurate financial and stock records.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with warehouse, buyers, transportation partners, and sales teams for smooth operational execution.

* Maintain and monitor stock records and inventory movement.

* Prepare and process invoices, e-way bills, and related documentation.

* Update and manage accounting entries in Zoho Books.

* Maintain inventory data using Zoho Inventory.

* Track dispatches, deliveries, and stock reconciliation.

* Escalate discrepancies and operational issues to seniors in a timely manner.

* Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Education: B.Com or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

* Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or inventory-related roles.

* Working knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.

* Clear communication skills with good listening ability.

* Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

* Basic understanding of invoicing, e-way bills, and stock management.

* Hands-on experience in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B) and TDS challans.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.

• Timings 09:45 AM To 6:30 PM
