Job Description
Utilize 3D software (such as Lumion, Sketchup, Revit) to create visualizations for interior and exterior spaces.
2.Conduct research to inform design decisions and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
3.Utilize Photoshop and PowerPoint for presentations and visual communication.
4.Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and documentation.
5.Collaborate with senior architects on project coordination efforts.
6.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
7.Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
8.Perform other duties as assigned by senior architects or firm management, including time-bound tasks.
9.Demonstrate a keen interest in green building design and sustainable architecture in all projects.
