Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Building Performance Analyst (Architect) who is passionate about sustainable architecture and data-driven design. This role is ideal for individuals interested in net-zero buildings and high-performance design, and who thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D energy models (BIM-gBXML-Energy conversions).
• Perform climate and environmental analysis using Rhino, Grasshopper, and Ladybug tools.
• Support founders and senior analysts in simulations, analysis, documentation for green certification, and research.
• Convert complex data into visually compelling and insightful client presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

B.Arch / M.Arch (Subject matter expertise preferred over degrees).

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Rhino/Grasshopper.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD.
• Basic exposure to Ladybug tools (Grasshopper), DesignBuilder, ClimateStudio, and BIM.

Data & Analytical Skills

• Interest in learning Python, Excel, or Tableau for data analysis.

Core Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of building construction.
• Passion for designing high-performance buildings.
• Interest in sustainable and data-driven design practices.
