We are looking for a candidate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are passionate about guiding students towards their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
• Assist students in preparing documents required for university applications, including SOPs, resumes, and recommendation letters.
• Guide students through the application process, from choosing the right university to submission deadlines.
• Support in the preparation of visa applications and interview sessions.
• Respond to student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain student records and follow up on application statuses.
• Collaborate with the senior counseling team to develop strategies to improve student engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Business, or related disciplines).
• 0-1 year of experience in study abroad consultancy, student counseling, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools (preferred).
